When it comes to self help and self growth, getting rid of any anxiety you may have is a good start.
The fact is that 1.5% of the U.S. population (or 3.3M humans) are affected by anxiety. I found this statistic on the AADA website and when you click this link you will also find many other good tips to help prevent anxiety. I listed a few of the easiest below:
- Get enough sleep
- Eat well balanced meals.
- Exercise daily
- Learn what triggers your anxiety
- Think positive
All these pointers are just good advice, period. Don’t you think?
I ran across an article with the video below and thought it needed to be shared. Some scientists found this ‘tune’ alleviated anxiety by 65% and helped lower resting rates by 35%.
The ‘tune’ was designed by Marconi Union to help humans lower their heart rate. Heck, it might even work on animals.
This to me is profound enough that I wanted to make sure I did my part to get this info out to fellow humans.
