Herbs are great not just as spices to make our foods taste better but as nutrients to help us be healthier. You should always think about how to optimize your health and herbs can help to do so.
My day job, which I very much enjoy, is setting up and ‘teching’ meetings. This means running their audio visual needs to make the clients’ meetings are successful as well as educational.
Once in a while, I come across and work very educational meetings. Such as this one I am about to speak of and enlighten you on.
I worked one such as this last weekend where a woman named Aubrey was speaking on the benefits of herbs in our diet and why we should be using fresh herbs in a variety of different benefits.
The meeting topic was entitled Reducing inflammation and supporting the immune system, but she talked about much more and took questions after of which I wish I could remember half of what she taught us.
Now, if you did not know, inflammation is THE CAUSE for almost, if not all, illnesses the human body endure. This includes warm blooded animals, too.
Think about that.
If you can keep inflammation down in your body, you will be a much healthier human. It’s that simple.
One way you can be reducing inflammation in your body is by using Asea. It is (not made of, but is) the redox signaling molecules that your body used to have in your body and makes less and less natively as your body gets older due to environmental issues and just your body getting older.
Us humans are smart enough to figure out how to replicate them and put them in a bottle for humans to use and optimize ourselves and thrive.
But enough about Asea. I am here to talk to you about herbs.
