Ever since my journey started seriously into self growth which included meditation, nixing the fluoride from my diet and disconnecting satellite TV at my house, I started reading voraciously  different books on self help and self growth. You can see many of them that I read on this page.

One should not underestimate the power of your brain and alternatively should study and embrace the nuances of what your brain can do for you. It is, after all, your Universe. What your brain thinks is how your life is going to be shaped. So you need to make sure your brain is thinking the best thoughts possible, right? Deepak Chopra’s book Super Brain is an excellent guide on what your brain is capable of.

If you have not heard of Deepak Chopra, then you are missing out on getting knowledge from a great thinker for the New Age. On his wikipedia page, he is described as  an Indian American author, public speaker, alternative medicine advocate, and a prominent figure in the New Age movement. He has written over 50 books including Super Brain.

This manual, copyright 2012, is about the most update research(at that time) on a human’s brain and thinking. It can change your beliefs, your behaviors and your life while it talks about self treatments for things like depression and anxiety to being overweight. It decodes mysteries of the brain and dispels myths you may have about it.

I strongly recommend this book be added to your library(and read repeatedly) as it is going to change your life for the better.
